I didn't have keys, so I used a 10kg kettle bell. Now everytime I walk past a microwave, I piss myself and forget who I am for 10 min.

For best results make sure you tie a Large Wrench to the swinging hand wrap peeps, if you can dodge a Wrench you can dodge anything
  • @fntababy
he's actually so smooth with every movement like its built in

Instead of keys, you can use a dumbbell so that you're more motivated to dodge it lol.. Or you know.. suffer the concussion.

Shane, excellent instruction. Thank you. My son is 15 and is training for his first match (boxing). I'm going to create a workout for him tonight employing these techniques. If your full time gig isn't instructing it should be. Great job.
  • it's already been two years for this video and I still love it every time

I had quite a few amature fights 15 to 20 years ago in new Zealand and here in Australia I'm no great trainer or far far far away from an expert opinion but this is outstanding advice , it was the area in which we weren't shown how to slip punches and move like that because the head gear was so thick and bulky . This is really good advice and great training principles too.
  • I absolutely love your videos and the breakdown of each technique. I am actually training my family, even the little ones, based off of what FightTips has to offer! Great work man!

Just started getting into boxing/self defense/ etc, this has been very helpful. Starting out I’m not sure what to do but this seems like a good start point. Thanks man
  • This is brilliant. Basics but such important basics. And you don't need any special place or equipments to do this. Thanks Shane!! Your videos are really really amazing.
