Almost 10 YEARS later, they are right back where they started.

Wow 10 years later and they are still declining...
  • GM killed itself in the 90s when they started making cheap cars out of garbage materials that were merely disposable as opposed to being classic!

I drive a 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale. It is 30 years old and runs perfect. GM cars are my favorite automobile.
  • Here in Manchester England we had until 2 years ago a main GM dealer (Bauer and Millet). Cadillac - Chevrolet . Great repairs and parts department. Now no more !

Why am I watching? Cause I just recently found out that, (and I don’t know how I never knew) that shareholders lost EVERYTHING after the bankruptcy and worst of all? They were allowed to issue new stock under the same ticker as if the previous stock had never stopped trading. How did they get to do that? That’s absolutely terrible.

To CEO of General Motors In attention to Mrs. Mary Barra Dear Mrs. Barra, I am very sorry to tell you, with all respect, that I find out as a big part of your staff are cheating and lying during their work, as a normal standard. On top of that the Customer Service doesn’t care at all about the customers. This behaivior make me to decide to present this message to the public every day, until I will receive an appropriate answer from a serious person from GM company. The conclusion is that IS VERY DANGEROUS TO BUY A NEW CAR FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!! Daniel Alon

I wonder how much of the bailout money supplied by taxpayers went to CEO bonuses, etc; did the government monitored the way they spent the bailout money?
  • @WallsTCAP
they should have let this company fail
  • Why can't they just make cars that last? Nobody wants to buy a car and have expensive car repairs which are usually unexpected and can wreck your budget so then you end up using credit so then now you'll have another problem.

In the 80s,GM spent more on Employee benefits and retirement than Steel per car!! Math is math, just because they are on top in the 50s/60s does not mean that will Continue
  • You know what's sad GM was in bankruptcy once ford none and I'm not a stupid ford lover but Chrysler has been in bankruptcy a un hand countable amount it's scary
  • @gertfouche2741
That's what happens when instead of thinking innovatively you follow the route of least resistance and move your factories to countries where cheap labour keep you afloat.
  • @MatthewTheCCMA
Now there’s still a risk of bankruptcy for Ford and GM! Incredible
  • @gregpavitt309
Truth... They've been building junk for the last couple of decades

my mom had a 3.8 in a pontiac, my dad had a 3.1 in a buick, i had a 3.4 in a chevy, great engines, great cars....i guess some kind of "deal" was made in 2008 after the bankruptcy and whatever happened quality declined in the usa...I had a 2017 camaro and it had 2 recalls and the transmission shudder...sad...anyway, i just gave GM one more chance with a newer camaro with th A-10 transmission, hope it works out
