For a long time I suffered from physical ailments such as problems with joints, spine, sciatica, disc herniation ... With God's help, the help of doctors and people who deal with health, as well as with my efforts, I came to exercises that can really improve the quality of life and restore impaired health. So I want to share my experience with you and show you the healing exercises with which I completely recovered from these diseases. One part of the exercises was designed by me, while the other part was taken from others and slightly modified.

In this video, I explained in detail and showed how people who have problems with the spine should lie down during sleep, how to lie down and get up, as well as more practical tips and recommendations. These are beliefs based on my personal experience.

NOTE: These exercises are not a recipe for everyone, but serve as an incentive for everyone to look for a cure. I am not a doctor and I have no right to treat, but to motivate with my experience. The application of these exercises is the personal responsibility of each individual. Also, the exercises should be done on an empty stomach (morning, evening and between meals), switch to a healthy diet and live a spiritual life (think positively and everything else that faith requires) in order to reach the maximum of a healthy life.

    Hvala Saša na trudu i radu. Bicu slobodan pitati za moj problem i vaše mišljenje. Naime ja kada spavam i ležim duže od recimo 6 sati pojavi mi se bol u ledjima ali nije bol kičme nego bih rekao bol mišića na ledjima, kada je pocelo to pre godinu i nesto bol je bio u lopaticama i gornjen delu ledja, a u zadnje vreme se to prenelo na donji deo ledja. Interesantno je da cim ustanem i sednem popusta bol i nakon 10tak minuta sedenja ne osecam vise nista, ali ako se vratim u krevet bol krene skoro trenutno. Dusek sam kupio extra tvrd, do 200kg nosivosti, pre toga sam imao onaj sa 7 zona malo meksi, pre njega onaj sa malim oprugicama u vrecicama i hladnom penom preko, ni jedan dusek ne pravi razliku. Cinjenica je da imam 115kg na 176cm visine ali nemoguce da je samo to problem. Sta mislite o tome?

  • Prije godinu dana krenula je bol u donjem dijelu leđa. Bol je pretežito na lijevoj strani, no nekada pređe i na desnu. Mislio sam da su bubrezi, međutim, obišao sam nekoliko doktora i svi su rekli da nisu u pitanju bubrezi. Bol i dalje traje. Znate li što bi moglo biti?
