  • I'm assembling a 20x30 A model building. We assembled the first arch on the ground and stood it up as suggested in the booklet that comes with the building. It was sketchy to say the least. I have 35 years construction experience and I wasnt comfortable standing that arch up, even with 4 experienced men. I decided to assemble the rest of it one piece at a time. I can do it by myself but I have a helper and it's going smooth and I feel its safer this way . This also lessens the risk of distorting the wall panels.

I have one for a garage and the next one will be the one i will build to live in! That show you how much i love them. There very strong and can with stand winds up to 200 mph plus you don't have to worry about termites eating it down nor cracks like brick and cement, nor painting it. There fun and easy to build. 1 person can build one. you can easy reach over the panel to tighten the bolts, If you can believe it. Just get 2 or 3 archest up panel by panel and plumbed and framed in boards to stay and not move around. Then slide the panels up on the archest up to set in place with your stiffeners bolted to it and bolt it down no big deal. all i had was a scaffold to use, and put it up panel by panel. I did bolt 2 panels togather and slide them up on the archest and that worked good too. I didn't wont to twist the archest to put it up that way, and its easier to bolt them on the ground and raised the archest but got a good chance to twist them and bend them. Then your screwed !

Steel Masters Building 25 X 50 We put up a 25 x 50 and it has a custom stem wall. The panels set down inside the Custom Stem wall and then we filled it in with concrete. After pouring the Custom Stem Wall we poured the slab floor. Then we assembled two panels at a time, lifted them up into place and bolted them together.  There were 6000 total bolts used and it was a one-month job and does not have any wood. First, we had to level the ground and run utilities before we even started.

  • Gentlemen: I'm a renter at the moment. I would like to see you engineer a quonset hut on wheels, with all the eminites. The travel trailer would be superior to most on the market right now .

I like this video but I wish it had sound telling what was happening when. It would be really helpful...We are new Clients for Steel Master, the only company to deal with...

@SacredFireLodge Have you watched our Time Lapse video (Check it out above under Video Responses)? It gives a little more detail as the building is being constructed. Also we have a great Customer Service Team that will gladly answer any questions you may have as you are putting together your building.

Dozens of people show how easy it is to put the arches together, stand them up, and bolt them together. What about getting the base plats square on each side with each other so all the arches are square.
