Hi everyone Today's video is all about how to stop oversharing and chase your dreams. ~moving in silence~ if you will. How to do it, why you don't, and why it's important especially when you're chasing your dreams. I know its hard, bestie- but you can't sabotage yourself by sharing everything to everyone. heal in private so you can shine in public, ily

“because sometimes the people that are closest to you, the people that have known you the longest, still have an outdated idea of who you are in their brain” that part💗

"Remember, it's your life, not a social media update. Do what makes you happy, and keep it to yourself. Stop sharing every detail of your life and start living it. And while you're at it, take control of your finances. Stop overspending on things that don't bring you joy, and start investing in your future. Your financial freedom is within your grasp, and it's time to take the reins"

I work in an office. I work, then come home and write my latest novel. I've written 35 so far, ranging from 130 to 281k words each. NO ONE knows I do this. Nor do they deserve to know. 😎

I've started to chase my real happiness. I used to cope with my fear of success and failure and being seen by distracting myself with food and endless scrolling on my phone. Thanks for your advice and realness ❤

Moving in SILENCE 😂 girl that was a personal attack. I love it.
  • I think the person who just succeeds and isn’t that egoistic about it, keeps that part of their life fairly private. This person is so cool and interesting.

I appreciate how straight forward and to the point you are. So many creators preach for like an hour before getting to the point. You've helped me a lot so thank you

I moved in silence all of 2023. I ended up: starting my first job in aviation as a flight instructor, moving across the country, having a happy and healthy relationship with the woman of my dreams, traveled to Japan and Europe, went back to school after 3 years away, and made gains both physically and in my spiritual life.

Learned this the hard way and I'm 74! Sharing what I hope to do usually only results in judgement, disbelief, jealousy and criticism. Even the rare encouragement leaves me feeling hollow because, like you said, I haven't done anything yet. Plus I've found talking- without-doing weakens the energy of the desired goal and usually results in not doing anything at all.

This girls really smart im not gonna lie. Accomplish your goals 1st and share them with the ones you trust and love

It’s the same concept as, if you’re a writer, never tell someone what your story is about beyond a sentence. Don’t sit and explain the entire synopsis to someone because of you do it ruins it for them if they ever want to read it, also your brain can’t tell the difference between you telling your story to a friend and you having written it already, so you won’t want to write it anymore. Ever since I stopped sharing my stories with people I’ve written significantly more. That can also be said with life. I’m happy I found your channel!
  • My mom is really good at telling me reasons why my plans will fail. She means well but it's super demoralizing and made me stop doing a lot of good things, so I've stopped telling her things until everything is already in place.

I grew up in a small city. I knew one of the 'big names' in that city. Very successful, money, big car dealership etc. Though he was very polite & approachable, he had boundaries up constantly. Never grumbled, never gossipped, as a 17 year old kid it struck me as odd as i'd never seen anyone like that.

Completely agree ...am 41 yo and spent my life dreaming, telling everything I wanna do and not follow through... result, people around me influence me negatively and I have no credibility... Need to stop

This video is a much-needed reality check. In a world dominated by social media, it's easy to forget the beauty of enjoying our achievements in private. Thanks for advocating the importance of personal happiness without the need for external validation.

It's incredibly difficult not to talk about what you do. It basically means you can't hang out with family and friends, can't meet new people, can't connect with anyone....
  • @x2012ish
totally agree. It only brings you trouble by sharing just your intention and even just a thought. By pursuing a goal not shared with anyone yet, you care less about what is happening outside and less people will come to sabotage it
