works great. i love that it has stainless steal pot inside youtube.com/post/UgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxX… and not the one with coating. we used to have a coated pot before, and the coating slowly peels, and i am sure went into the food that we cooked. Absolutely love stainless steel, and will not use a coated product again.This pot has many settings and many buttons, and i need to sit down with a manual to figure out which setting to use. I used the basic functions, and even though i am not technologically skilled, i turned it on and assembled it without any help.Very satisfied with this product overall.

This is an EXCELLENT how to get started video!! I'm 62 & finally jumped on the Instant Pot wagon. I primarily purchased this because I've cooked meals all day every day for 45+ years (I raised 14 children) & I have become tired of cooking, to put it simply. So now a days 5pm rolls around & I'm staring at frozen chicken. Instant Pot to the rescue! "One Pot Dump" meals here I come!

My Mom just got one of these and was terrified to use it. She kept saying it didn't work because it didn't instantly go to pressure and I had to explain to her that it needs to boil to create the steam to make the pressure. I had to go to her house and help her cook chicken noodle soup with it to get her to trust it. I'll need to pass along this video to her and she can watch it every time she uses her cooker until she feels comfortable. Thanks for the vid!
