From somewhere the Universe is looking at me and loving me I believe. I just finished my 1-1, frustrated and came out with the thought to take a break to run away from this stress and YouTube showed your notification with the title 'Don't Quit'. I am seeing that as an answer and I need to work on to come out of frustration rather run away from the job.

You're the most honest career advisor on YouTube I must say.
  • Really useful info. Thanks to giving a different perspective to these situations.

Thank you so much! Only if I had this video 4 months back, I would be doing my job peacefully rather than being unemployed

Better to know before hand what you are getting into rather than regretting your decisions later.

I agree with all the points mentioned here. I am a fresher. My growth in the current company is very little. So I have thought about quitting the job multiple times till now. And yes it is very important to consider financial stability and the other factors surrounding it. It is not as easy as people make it seem.

Great video thanks. I'd say it depends on what job you are leaving. If it's a toxic one, for sure don't just leave, run! It will do more damage that you can imagine and recovering from it can take years. But yes, great points otherwise.
  • You see madam, is that the fact when a solid HR professional becomes such an excellent consultant only when outside of the corporate? Why we do not come across such helpful HR folks in our offices ever? What is this paradox?
