Venezuelan refugees forced out of Kent hotel, now encamped in Seattle park

If I went into another country would I expect people to take care of me? I can’t even imagine? What are these people thinking? Who told them it was a good idea to leave there home and expect accommodations in a totally different country. If I went to Italy with no money and no plan and stood there waiting for someone to take me to a place to live and accommodate me and my children just because I wanted to live there I would be laughed at. Who does this?! And who in the world approves of accommodations for people coming here illegally while we have a housing crisis and many of our own citizens including veterans, elderly and mentally ill are completely homeless and without any help. Why is it so hard to understand? I feel like a crazy person sometimes just trying to understand this logic?

It’s hard out here they need to get it out the mud and stop complaining. Ik ppl who sleeped in their cars for months just to get social services to help them get a place and get their life back together why can’t these people just wait like the rest of the Americans in need of assistance
