JP LRP07 Didn’t do how I thought.

Hello guys I was the owner of this rifle. JP offered me a full refund for it with great customer service. I followed up on it and it wound up being an issue with the crown. Ive been told it was repaired and shoots up to par. I have no issue with dealing with JP again. Thank you to Ray for the review as he deals with many people in the industry and still gives perfect reviews. Thank you all.

I have one of these (I'm in Switzerland, and it cost a bomb). It's a slightly older build, as I've had it a few years, but almost identical (main difference is that I don't have the SCS weights on the bolt carrier). Mine is absolutely reliable - never had an issue. Mine shoots awesome for a large frame gas gun - I'd guess about 0.7 MOA for a 5 shot group -- that's 1/4 inches Internet terms 🙂 This is with fairly standard handloads - but not really tuned, just some 142 HPMK and powder at standard cartridge length. I have a scope on it with a very high elevation possible and so I don't need the ERA-TAC mount most of the time (I have one on another rifle). But I've successfully shot out to 1700 (5 mils holdover) and 1800m (10 Mils holdover) with it. Under 1100m or so, it's totally unstoppable. I have a lot of rifles in much larger calibres and I have to say that under about 1100m - this is the most effective one I own. It's simply awesome - I don't regret one penny of what I spent on mine.
