I have been on a Paleo diet for about 17 years. Recently I have had a lot of stress and a number of food sensitivities, etc. I am currently on a low FODMAP elimination diet. After "hitting the wall" out of frustration at the beginning of the week. I realized that I really needed to focus on finding recipes and a variety of foods to eat. I have enjoyed watching your videos, because many keto foods are similar to low FODMAP. Anyway, I created a fabulous peanut butter and carob breakfast shake this morning! 3/4 to 1 c lactose-free milk, one level tablespoon peanut butter, ~ 1.5 tst carob powder, and better stevia glycerin drops (8). I blended it in a tall glass with a stick blender. It was rich, creamy, and very satisfying. 😊

You're so helpful and creative, thank you. With your help, this is my 18th day of no sugar, no bad carbs, no cravings. I followed you in significantly decreasing dairy. That and no sweeteners have kept me from relapsing. Thank you so much. BTW--the music is lovely and much appreciated, just a little loud. I want to catch every word of what you have to say. Best regards, --cc in Seattle

Add a couple of fresh mint leafs to the bone broth, you will love it. Learned this in Spain.

I'm just starting Keto. I've done so much research and was starting to think, "this is not for me," because most meal plans and preps were not made of everyday people (e.g., appealing, simple, sustainable, etc). That was until I found your channel. This is only the second video on your channel I've seen. However, I can already tell I'm going to be a happy subscriber because you're a human educating humans. Again, Thank you!
