I asked my agent if we could get proof the builder fixed everything on our list from the outside inspector (frame walk). My real estate agent said no, just that the super said he fixed eveything and it would pass city inspection. What are your thoughts on that?

I just did my pre-framing inspection, and my inspector did find errors that needed to be fixed. After I submitted the report to the builder, they had it done the very next day. My inspector went back out to reinspect their work, and it was done correctly. All together, I spent $475 for a piece of mine
  • Thanks a lot for great information John. If one is planning to hire an external inspector, does pre drywall inspection by inspector happens before or after the walkthrough between buyer and construction manager?
  • Of coarse the most important thing to remember is that the realtor is the most important thing to have right?
