I just starting buying the Costco Breakfast sandwiches. Not sure about Starbucks and they didn't mentioned here but Costco's puts a ton of bacon on these sandwiches, not one or two slices like other places but I had 4-6 slices on one of mine. As mentioned in another comment, I deconstruct the sandwich separating the roll halves and the egg and bacon. I microwave there items less the "cheese" for about 30-45 sec. then put them in my Air Fryer to toast and crips everything up. In the last 30 in the AF I add the cheese. Best frozen breakfast sandwich ever. Now if they can do one with sausage, bingo!!!
  • Over the years, I've learned to disassemble the frozen sandwiches and nuke the parts separately. The egg thing is always the part that takes the longest to heat up. And the bacon gets real crisp if nuke it between a folded paper towel. Sure, It's a little extra work, but it's better than throwing it in trash when you need something in your stomach before heading off to work. 😉

Actually I prefer bacon jam. And you probably could make a cheaper breakfast sandwich yourself depending on your location, but most likely it will be better even if a little more expensive.

I can tell you best way to do it is make up a big batch of breakfast sandwiches when, you have time, it will one save you money and, one when, you get them out of the freezer and, when, you want one, allow them to set overnight in the fridge, allow them to thaw out that way and, then, when, you warm them up in the microwave you will have a better result, no bread will be flavorless and, hard as rock and, rubbery eggs and, no tough leathery bacon! I do this with sausage from time to time, I buy a can of biscuits, a pkg. of sausage and, fry it up and, cook up a batch of scrambled eggs and, add some onion and, cheese and seasoning. I then, assemble them of course once all the ingredients are cooked and, have been completely cooled. I then, double wrap them in plastic and, then, in foil and, then, I stick a few down in a plastic bag and, I get them out when, I have a hectic day ahead and, at least if, it is awhile before, I have to eat again at least I am not left feeling so hungry and, sluggish!

So the $6.00 sandwich is better than the $2.50 sandwich! Your brilliant!
