Bringing Up Baby Tribute | Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn | Good Day by Twenty One Pilots

Published 2024-01-12
There are several "Bringing Up Baby" tributes to be found on YouTube, particularly a couple VERY good ones, and I figured I would add my contribution. Unpopular opinion: I would have to put this at the bottom of the lineup when ranking the Cary Grant/Katharine Hepburn films. Before you protest too much, let me say that that admission doesn't mean much, because I love EVERY ONE of their joint efforts, but something had to be last. While I may love "Holiday" (1938) and "The Philadelphia Story" (1940) more, "Bringing Up Baby" is still top-notch screwball comedy brought to you by the great Howard Hawks. I hope you enjoy this tribute, and please remember to click the like button and subscribe to Old Hat Cinema!

This video is lovingly dedicated to River. If you're reading this: watching this movie with you made me laugh harder and like it more than ever before, and your frequent bursts of laughter and hilarious reactions were priceless. I hope you appreciate the song choice I made for this video. Thanks for always making me smile.

"I'll be with you in a minute, Mr. Peabody!"
