When I watched Little Mermaid when I was a child, I feared Ursula, and her big voice added to that fear. Thank you Ms. Carroll you made Ursula come to life. I think theater actors/actresses are great voice actors, just like what Richard White did to Gaston in Beauty and the Beast.
