People complain so easily when there are delays and have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.. I want to give a whole lot of praise to these people who try to make our journeys as safe and as carefree as possible... they deserve it.....

Bless that captain—driving to security to get the transformer, running it onto the plane, and then returning to the cockpit to fly the aircraft! THAT is commitment to a job.

I started working in the travel industry in February. Prior to this I was a little bit ignorant to as to how hard they work, regardless of the department theyre in. You have no idea how much it means to us when we get a customer who is patient and understanding. It's a hard industry to work in , especially right now.
  • We fly out from Bristol and it's not the same airport now. It's very modern today. More of these please!

2000s british documentaries are the gold standard

With technical delays, it's better to take it in stride while relaxing in the airport rather than hoping (praying) for the best at 30000 feet.

Look at how comfy those seats looks compared to this day and age. This was so long ago.

I got nervous just by watching the video!! Too stressful for me!! I take my hat off to all the staff inside and outside the airport!! 🙏❤️

Really surprised about the baggage flying on a different plane. Bear in mind since Lockerbie, any checked in bags not associated with a passeger are offloaded.

We had a very bad experience at Bristol airport recently. It was so chaotic and when my husband fell off the escalator I had a job to get help then when we got to the boarding gate my iPhone was taken off me and he scanned the wrong bar code. I was told it was invalid and couldn’t go through. That and trying to manage 4 bags and a wheelchair was a nightmare for me.

Its kinda amazing how much licensed music this show uses, from Hans Zimmer to Enya. This show must have a big budget .

At first I was mad that you stopped yearbook but this makes up for it and I am satisfied

ANY technical problem, "simple" or not, IS serious!
  • Bristol Airport is great! Used it many times and never had a problem or delay
  • 14:52 The Royal Air Force never operated the General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark But, the Royal Australian Air Force certainly did, with the RAAF being the sole foreign operator apart from the US Air Force, from 1973 to 2010. 🦘 🇦
  • 15:52 Date of filming: Sat 19 July 2003 The date is stated as ‘1907’ on the Boeing 757’s flight management system. It is stated at the beginning of the program that the day is a Saturday. At 5:33, the Casio Cassiopeia PDA seemingly indicates the 19 July 2003 date as well. So, all these pieces of information makes it obvious what the date of filming was. ✈️
