I was 17 in 1997 and would say this was pretty spot on. Late 90's is definitely back. I was walking through Primark this past weekend and every other rack I was like "wore that", "had something like that", "remember that sort of fabric". Also the frosted makeup was on point. Icy blues and silvers all the way. I even had a frosted blue lipstick that my mum said made me look like I had a heart condition!

I remember when I was little and I saw my older sisters getting ready I would dream of the day that I got to dress like them. Now that these fashions are coming back I have my chance.
