South Korea usually does two updates at the end of the day on top of a morning update. South Korea is currently at 1146 which is about a 300 person jump if I remember the number correctly.

There are also developments in Australia re a vaccine. Announced yesterday, a new development technique, have brilliant minds working on this all over the world.

I’m stocking up this Friday. (When I get paid from extra days I worked.) My area and friends/co-workers still don’t care and think I am overreacting and paranoid. I’m stocking up to 3 months of food, water and basic hygiene products. Just in case.

Workout, Deep breathing, Healthy eating and Get your sleep. I also do ice-baths and haven`t been sick for 2 years, while I used to be sick 2-3 times a year before. Great video.
