I admit I am currently relaxing with a nightcap. I was looking for a good potato salad recipe. Throughout my experience with food, " Clasic" will always be controversial. I would like to say " your video fed me in a way that my mind thinks, when it comes to cooking".

This is EXACTLY what I put in potato salad. I do, however, boil my potatoes in the skins.i use everything you did. One time I splashed a little ranch dressing in also. I love your recipe and the olives on top. Perfect!!

I’m from New Orleans and we always added Zatarans to our water when we boiled our potatoes. Not a lot, just enough to add that extra punch of flavor!

I also add peas and carrots.
If you're putting eggs in with peeled potatoes, they need to be washed before they go into the pot! -
Whenever I see the word "salad" I know I'm either getting healthy leafy greens.. or something covered in mayo. 😆
