I love Skoova Stev. One of my favorite bits. It was always a joy to randomly find him and talk to him.
  • @stoneysenpaii
Also a tip for Skoova Stev encounters, always explore the water hes posted at. Theres almost always a chest down there

The caverns w/the 3 bounty hunters, you can engage them one at a time by breaking each door as you come to it. Use the acid spoors.
  • @brettandersson3206
A few tries? My brother in Christ it took me three hours to beat those zipline/wall run force tears.

Tip for that 2nd Rancor Just run out to where you can force pull that throwable gas blob thing and go back. The Rancor can’t come near you so throw the blob thing at him. Go back to get another one and repeat until Rancor is dead. Bon appetite. Best served with cheese.

Fun easter egg is when you learn the wall jump, it's shown to you by three of the little squirrel guys and is a direct call back to learning the wall jump in the old Super Metroid game.

The alignment center can be accessed any time. You just can't do anything in the main room. But you can get the map upgrade as soon as you get access to all the Jedi temple puzzles.

2:54 Soont is a Gotarite a species that only appeared in the background of Solo before this game.
  • @NobodyOfficial.
My only holotactic is a full team of head butting chickens

Idk if it's a secret or not, but there is another stim upgrade on the Shattered Moon level that I've not heard anyone talk about. You just have to do a fairly complicated (at least to me) wall run section to get to it, and it's like behind the player camera so it's easy to miss if you don't notice it or don't have the chests map upgrade.

I'm not sure but I do believe that the Mogu Life Drawing was a reference to Titanic's scene where Leo was drawing Kate's character.
  • @alphamagnum13
Absolutely loves skoova stev and how he's a reference to Scooba Steve

Its definitely Game of the Year for me! I wish this game was Witcher3(w/DLCs) length. Its so fun that Im fearing the end even at half-way

Sam if u want to include an easy way to kill spawn of oggdo, this helped me do it in the beginning on jedi master: 11:27 before you fall through the floor, up on the cliff are 2 of the heavy raiders. Pull them down and have them follow you over the door so they fall through with you. They fought the spawn and got him down to only a couple of hits before they died. Made the spawn really easy.

One of the other ancient chests rewards you with the Hunter lightsaber, and is in a completely optional area that you can access by using the force tame ability on the large turtle-like creature on Koboh. It has some fantastic looking parts.
  • @dorrien
You can also tame the big bird that you free and ride him to a secret area.

I just enjoy that the brother is a reoccurring enemy in the Blaster Force Tear. Like wtf? Also though it’s a cheese, for grandmaster Spawn of Oggdo I pulled the two hammer chieftains down, and positioned myself to open the hatch and flip to the side only dropping the chieftains, typically they’ll work the young oggdo to a quarter left, but this is also when he’s at his fastest and most aggressive. So use blaster and any quick throw along with your stim force recovery, if you want to full cheese it. Personally I chose to fight him head on, just because the chieftain cheese does feel a little dirty.
  • @richpeltier9519
That's where the last stim upgrade is! Thanks!!! 🤘🧙‍♂️🤘
  • @syndrome7778
for santari's lightsaber and most other solid koboh matter walls, you can just shoot it with a charged blaster shot. (must be charged not ricochet or stun).

How to beat Spawn of Oggdo on Grand Master: Kill the droids on top of the floor hatch that opens. Force Pull the two Bedlam Smashers down from the ledge above it. Lure them both to the center of the hatch that opens, and they will drop in and begin fighting Oggdo. Make sure you have blaster stance and either dual-wield or Crossguard, for maximum range attacks. After Spawn of Oggdo takes out the Bedlam Smashers, it's health should be down to around 1/4th of it's max health, give or take depending on how the fight went. If you're careful, while they're fighting it, you can begin poking it with some lightsaber throws (dual weild) or blaster shots. After they're dead, keep your distance, keep moving, and keep poking with your ranged attacks (Charged blaster shots and duel-wield throws or ground smashes with crossguard). It helps to go in with a little bit of health taken away from one of the droids above, so you can stim and regain force to do some more. After you exhaust all possible ranged attacks, you only really need to sneak in a few hits with your saber to take the boss out. It's cheap, yes. But it's totally within the bounds of the game mechanics, and it's the only way I could beat him on GM. Still took me a handful of tries.
