The Hoofbag don't chow down on no critters, is not a food fascist (your dietary choices) is retired and does electronics, woodworking, knocks out/thinks up amateur tunes and a few "udder" things. Having enjoyed amateur electronics since my teens, I'd like to share and encourage other folk, especially when encountering retirees who are at a loss of how to occupy themselves, post employment. I do my own electronic circuit designs that (astonishingly) work. You don't need to be retired, though: some younger people express curiosity in how hobbies were enjoyed decades ago and this is demonstrated in the resurgence in vinyl/cassette based music enjoyment and creation, so logically extends to what this media is used on, including guitars. I try to make my circuit suggestions as clear as possible and always demonstrate the finished working article. This is because life's too short to spend time and money on a project that won't work.
