- New unblockable attack
- Sam counterattacks when you guard break him

- Phase 3 makes you wanna cry

This also works thematically for the game’s story. This is the guy who was so strong at the start of the game that you had no chance to win against him. With the added difficulty, he retains the image of this insanely powerful fighter and overcoming him becomes a matter of mastering the game’s systems, thus making you FEEL like you’ve grown over the course of the story.

this is what boss fights should look be like, instead of being bullet sponges that are made of semi trucks, the AI should be more aggressive longer attack strings and no room to punish I feel like that would be more rewarding for a players challenge
