I started watching you guys a few months ago and doing things for a 5+year arthrosis and bursitis plagued hip dislocation, from a fake chiropractor overseas. I had gone to jogging 10 laps at the local track to not being to walk up the 4 flights to my place, nor walk to the store without laying down the rest of the day. And despite going to therapy after therapy, I was told by several doctors that at my age, there was nothing to do but replace my hip, which I would have rather died than agree to. With your help, I rotated my thighbone back into place by following your suggestions. I can now turn over in bed, and do all the normal things in life without that constant pain. Much thanks to you guys. Every day I wake up and cannot believe my good fortune that the pain is gone.
  • These is one of the best videos to decompress your spine yourself, thanks!!!

I lay on an exercise ball quite often because it feels so good and it always helps me feel much relief.

Bob and Brad! I’d love to see a ‘real time’ posture routine video we can all follow along with at home. I can’t seem to find one that exists. It would be great to see a routine to follow each day. All videos I’ve seen on YouTube show the exercises and tell you how many reps you should do but that’s it.

I am currently going to therapy for this and the pillows on the stomach is exactly what she has me doing. This is a great explanation with the model and why and how it works and yes needs to be done often, min. of every two hours.

One thing that I recommend is a lacrosse ball. My PT told me to get one. It's like $5 to buy. I have l4-l5 disc buldge of 3mm. My back muscles often get very tight. I take the ball and lean on it on a wall. Essentially giving myself a massage. Use it on my back, neck, shoulders, butt and calf too when I get the sciatic pain. Try it.
