These are the anti-inflammatory foods I eat every week to reduce inflammation in my body. An anti-inflammatory diet can help with reducing joint pain and arthritis, healing the gut (key if you have celiac, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's or IBS), getting rid of eczema and psoriasis, and keeping other autoimmune conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis in check. It's also beneficial if you suffer from anxiety or depression.

I became well versed in wholesome, anti-inflammatory foods several years ago when I embraced a whole foods diet. After being diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases in two years I realized my body was fighting massive immune system inflammation and I needed to provide reinforcements. Those reinforcements came in the form of groceries.

Watch the video for the list of anti-inflammatory foods - it's what I eat every week. And enjoy the full blog post below all the healthy recipes on my website!

It's so refreshing to hear someone talk about healthy food without talking about weight loss! Thank you!

If you had a playlist dedicated to anti-inflammatory diet and recipes, I think it would go over extremely well. Thank you for all the good information!
  • Great to see a channel focusing on what one can eat to combat inflammation instead of what not to eat!

  • I have chronic migraines with the worst inflammation, my migraines are primarily triggered by weather changes. I made an anti-inflam smoothie after watching your video, all the pain I was experiencing (joints) left me! I wasn't expecting that, and it changed my entire day! Thanks for your videos!!

I love this! Thank you. I have 3 autoimmune diseases and I’m struggling to reduce the inflammation in my body through food while still reducing the amount of histamine I consume. These recipes are so inspiring and have given me loads of ideas. I’d love to see a playlist from you on more recipes for overall health

Just found this video and watched it twice, then shared with my son who’s fighting auto-immune issues as well. The biggest struggle must folks struggle with is the battle of the mind to make the first step. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful videos.

Thank you so much for sharing this! My Brother and I both were diagnosed with autoimmune diseases— I have Raynaud’s Disease and my Brother has Fibromyalgia, RA, and Raynaud’s Disease. We’re wanting to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods, so I appreciate you sharing this information!😊
  • You are so super helpful! Thank you 🙏 for your wonderful advice. I’m in such a terrible place of constant anxieties and severe depression, I’m praying following your advice can help me ❤️🧡💛

How generous of you to share all these amazing recipes! Most YouTubers tease us and then try to sell their cookbook.

I’ve been living with MS for 17 years (I’m 32 now), and now Rheumatoid Arthritis is added to the MonSter mix. I’ve been putting off changing my diet throughout my 20’s but now with both autoimmune diseases I have no choice. I think it’s a safe bet that auto immune diseases often come in clusters (not just one) and a change in diet is a must if one wants to live a longer, less painful, and healthier life. Thank you for making this video for auto-immune sufferers.

I am so so grateful for this video. I was just diagnosed with inflammatory disease, I’m so excited to feel better and fuel better💙
  • I like that you mix and match the ingredients so that way you can come up with different dishes that way you are not left over with a bunch of random ingredients

She is my future goal in terms of elegant, healthy food lifestyle.. I am a 29 year old man slowly transitioning to healthy living..
  • That was very informative- I used all of those last summer and was healed of my stomach troubles. I continue to work on eating these weekly and have dropped in weight and reversed pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis
  • My favourite quick snack is guacamole toast. For the bread I use a healthy sourdough type and toast it until it is just golden. Lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice in the guacamole too. I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid immune condition and told I would be on some type of toxic medication for the rest of my life. 8 months later and after following a strict anti-inflammatory diet with the help of an excellent naturopath, I am 98% back to normal. :-)
