    Drill dash CD is 4 seconds instead of 8 if you’re burrowed.

    Additional stuff about burrow+drill dash combo: - when dashing while burrowed the cool down is shortened by half - drill dash normally moves you 10m, but 15 while burrowed - you can turn while burrow dashing

  • Ok, I still say you SHOULD be able to hit an underground Venture with Earthshatter, Terra Surge, and Meter Strike at least.

    also, to note : since it's shield and not overhealth, it doesn't have to "less ult charging" properties of overhealth, and sym can lifesteal from it

    Venture can still collect health packs while burrowing. This can be a big deal, since you're also invulnerable for the duration.

    Something I noticed: Using Burrow instantly reloads the Smart Excavator, so Burrow can be used right as Venture runs out of ammo to continue a combo or to pull out from the enemy team after doing damage (Much like how Doomfist is played)

    Melee can almost instantly animation-cancel your primary fire, making for great burst damage. That animation cancel combos with either ability to one-shot squishies

    Why is Burrow immune to Earthshatter?? He's literally shattering the earth! Can't my man Rein catch a break??

    Myth: Can your Tectonic Shock troll a friendly Earthshatter by knocking enemies above Earthshatter's hit volume? Myth: Can multiple Ventures "juggle" targets in the air using Tectonic Shock?

    One thing to note about Burrow that I haven't seen in the comments yet is that you instantly reload when you enter the ground. Pretty useful midfight for an invulnerable reload + shield recharge + damage burst as you come back out to shoot more!

    they should make Earthshatter stun them out of burrow... It would only make sense and be a fun niche interaction

    Myth/tech: One big tech with drill dash is if unburrowed and dashed into a sloped surface or angled wall it doubles the distance you go, and if burrowed and dashing off a ledge it's both faster and further as well
  • If you burrow while standing on the ground, there's a brief animation where you have to break the surface. If you burrow mid air (at least a few meters off the ground) you dive straight into the ground

    The dash has a shorter cooldown if used while using burrow.
  • One thing I noticed trying them out, you can't use the ult off the ground, so if you jump and try shooting it... it won't go off

    You can dash right before burrow ends to extend the time you are underground and still get the full super jump afterwards. You can burrow on top of Mei's Ice wall and Lifeweavers petal platform You can use venture's ultimate in the air to fall faster
  • You can burrow into moving cars and ride them. You can do this by burrowing into the road and cars will pick you up as they pass. Can be useful for flanking on that oasis map.
