    I went to the doctor and my LDL was 203. He told me to get healthy. No alcohol, exercise daily, lose weight... and no more Little Caesars, fast food, red meat, and sugar. He said eat salads, fruit, veggies, protein shakes, and chicken breast. I followed his orders and lost 30 pounds in 3 months and now my LDL is 97!

    Just had a blood test with not great results. I am a gym nut I stopped because I was studying and under pressure, so no time. Gonna get right back into it. I am fully vegan now. I check everything that I eat. I only have one life. Very unusual for a fit guy like me. I train in Mauy Thai but for a few months I was not controlling my diet. Its all change now.
