    I started this workout 4 weeks ago, doing it everyday, alongside eating healthy etc. I’ve gone from size 38 bra down to size 34 and lost 2 inches from around the tops of my arms & lost a lot of back fat, not to mention a noticeable difference around my neck, shoulders!! Highly recommend this workout but I agree the music is annoying in the video lol so I mute it and workout to my own music!! Thank you @MIZILEE

    For arm exercise - this is the only video that I didn't skip and I was amazed to myself that I was able to finish the 21min video. Will be doing this till I reach my weight goal. I want to make sure that my arm skin will not be saggy once I lose weight. So I really am very happy to find this video and it suits me. My current arm size is 13.5-14cm.
