  • I wish I could sit down with Lauren and share how much her story has impacted my life. I lost my wife almost 2 years ago and in all the pain and darkness, Lauren was lighting a path that I now had to go down. She has given me so much inspiration and strength through it all.💯

2 things that I learned a few years ago that facilitated my growth and healing: 1. Childhood is about surviving the adults in your life. You did not pick the adults and are thus not at fault for how you fared, but you are responsible for doing the work as an adult to heal from it. 2. Parents/adults are very flawed human beings. Whatever they gave you is what they had the capacity to give you at the time they gave it to you, be it positive negative or in between. Once you understand that it makes it so much easier to navigate this world.
  • "Letting go is the ultimate test of surrender". Man that was a sermon by itself. We literally have to surrender our own control to the higher power. Thank you Lauren!

Imagine I was lying in bed at midday curtains drawn, feeling sorry for myself and watching this made me sit and open the curtains and consider life really isn't so bad
  • @MsHoneyYoung
Lauren didn’t say, “What you give out to the world you receive.” She said, “What you give out to the world you KEEP!” 😌 Needed to hear that in those frame of words.

I was going through a break up around Nipsey’s death. And I remember Lauren’s words helped me so much, she said “we are not allowed to posses people , we are only allowed to experience them “ it changed my way of seeing things and it helped to let go of that person that I loved so much. She is amazing 💜
  • Lauren is forever clothed in strength. I can always tell how flattered she is when people genuinely acknowledge how much she has grown mentality and spiritually. Her growth and wisdom are a shining example that any woman can get through the storms with grace. Forever my G🏁

It's beautiful how the picture of Nip is behind Lauren during her interview. It's as if he's also smiling at Lauren saying "go ahead Boog". I admire her strength and positivity!

Her energy is unmatched, she is a light in this world that we need definitely a gift. She’s so pure & beautiful not just physical but internal her soul gives me so much comfort. Hearing her speak about overcoming all her trauma is extremely therapeutic for me. I know so many people whose still stuck living with so much trauma who turns to doing or causing more pain using they’re trauma as an excuse for being a horrible being. I love that she tapped into her faith for guidance instead of being bitter or miserable towards the world. She should start her own podcast! I love her

Being alone has truly been my refuge. I never knew that I could be so fulfilled with just me. It has created so much peace in my life. Thank you for this interview.

“i don’t want to be influenced by my environment, i want the environment to be influenced by me.”

To the incredible person that's seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

“How does our union contribute to people outside of us, not just us?” From now on, this question will shape any romantic relationship I have in the future. Thank you 🙏
  • @LexnAlex_
She is literally one of my favorite humans on the planet. She’s just so regal and inspiring. She deserves nothing but the best that the world has to offer 💛

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. youtube.com/post/Ugkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIat… This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

I really like how Jay was smiling and keeping her spirits up and she had a lot to say. She is a strong woman. My heart goes to everyone today, tough times.
  • @skyexmonique
I adore her and love how she speaks with so much intention, like every single word matters. She has such an incredible warrior like spirit about her, I can't explain it! Such a beautiful woman inside and out. 🧡
  • Wow!! That part about how adolescents tend to act out everything that they have previously internalized really hit home for me. That’s a huge eye opener for what I’m watching unfold in my own family. Kids will tell us EXACTLY what they need...only if we take the time and open our hearts to truly listen, hear and understand.
  • Her comment on her kids teaching her more than she could ever teach them resonated so deeply with me. Kids are so pure, innocent and full of love. As adults we can certainly learn so much from our children. Thank you for this podcast, I needed these messages today.
