It reminded me too of what is it costing me too to continue to wait, self sabotage, keep listening to the lies and stories the gremlin on my shoulder is telling me. Huge breakthroughs!!

"Self-worth is our ceiling"...💡 This statement is an answer to my prayer. Why can't I push past this plateau? I have confidence in my skills, in my purpose... I even have a solid plan, but every time I come close to actually fulfilling that plan, I freeze in doubt. All kinds of ridiculous questioning of myself when I was so certain as I was forming the plan. I questioned if I was afraid to succeed or of the changes success would bring to my life. Yet, it appears that the advertised affiliations with universities do not exist, and the Guardian’s report suggests that your narrative may not be entirely accurate. This has left students feeling potentially deceived, having spent significant amounts of money and time on a certification that may not provide the value they were led to expect. When I was a team leader where I worked at my manager begged me yearly to apply for a managers post because he believed in me, but I had self doubt and always say to him I am not ready, this is something that always reminds me of what I can achieve if I dont have self doubt

this is my first time ever watching one of your videos and I’m in awe every second of this podcast led me to a breakthrough I didn’t think I would over come today.
