I've been noticing these looping fear thoughts today. They've tried to take over. I do not consent. I am a being of the highest love and light💚 being human is challenging at times😩 I Love you guys. Rmbr you are a powerful light being and this anxiety is temporary. 💚

  • The ad in the beginning literally started with a guy saying "hey, you're a loser!" I couldn't help but just laugh

Thank you for this and all your other meditations!! I finished this by repeating 'I let go' on the count of 5 :) If anyone reading this is going through a period of stress, worry or sadness, you have all of my love.

Mindfulness is so helpful but it’s so hard

This really helped me become more accepting of my negative thoughts in the sense that the thoughts don't really affect my emotions anymore, so I can clearly rationalize and just brush them off. Meditating to this even for just the 2nd time helped me to become more peaceful and positive. Thanks so much! Keep doing what you do <3
  • I am at the lowest point of my life,I've thought of suicde, my problems gone,! I have a wonderfully family, so I wouldn't do it.But for me I've tried mostly everything, my deppressiom and anxiety is really hacking away at my foundations,it's taken over a year to get help, slowly but surely my resistance is starting to crumble.I don't care about money etc.. I just want to be normal and happy but I tired of fighting this day after day😭 I need a miracle!!

    1. Bad thought 2. Recognition 3. Brush it aside 4. Return to stillness Thanks so much for this. I try to imagine a beautiful lake with a mountain 🏔️ at the background like a painting to stay focus and it s much easier to avoid bad thoughts to come along or to recognize them and brush aside. The relaxing music should go for longer though. Thanks so much.

Thank you for the videos. They're an essential part of my PTSD recovery. Have you ever considered making a video that specifically addresses PTSD/Depersonalization/Dissociation symptoms?

Your gentle instruction was super helpful in allowing me to really observe my own thoughts. It’s a hard thing to do when anxious, but I’m feeling confident again in my capability.

I'm having a panic attack rn because of all the pressure of lockdown, exams, exams possibly being cancelled, someone I love catching corona and my grades could start slipping if I slow down now. All my negative thoughts from the past that I got rid of are flooding back and it's like someone's just opened the flood gates. I'm not suicidal but in this moment I truly hate myself and don't wanna do this anymore, school and the world right now. I'll never harm myself but I don't know if deep down I can ever get rid of that tiny voice that always screams I hate you.
  • Agree 100% with the others who've said that you provide the best meditations and that they were thrilled to see you provide another one! All of them have helped more than I can express, all of the time, though most especially when I was in hospital receiving treatment for my MS. I've also introduced you to others, such as my sister who has a rare condition called Sarcoidosis and my friend who's just had a mastectomy following a cancer diagnosis. You are benefiting and changing lives - thank you so much!
  • Dude I didn’t even know when this ended LMAO I OPENED MY EYES AND MY PHONE WAS OFF 😭😭😭 thanks so much I LOVE UR VOICE KING!
