This meditation session contains approximately 12 minutes of guided spoken dialogue with ambient music underneath. Following the guided portion of the session, there are just several more minutes of ambient music to finish out the session.

    A tip: If you want to find the true version of yourself try writing everything that you want to do from your heart keeping aside fear, intrusive and other voices. You will manifest them faster.
