My mouth dropped when I realized Jim is 50 years old 😱 I thought he was in his 30s. On another note, you guys should really do an interview with Thais Gibson from The Personal Development School. She is certified psychologist and talks a lot about the mindset and methode dimensions. She has an incredible amount of information and concrete tools on how to reprogram our beliefs, core wounds etc. Thank you for this amazing video, it was incredibly informative and fun to watch 😊

I remember in elementary our teacher have us do some basic exercises similar to this. little did we know that it has something to do with brain development. studying different subjects in school will work different parts of the brain. that is why different subject is studied in school. after which you focus on the skill you want in college or K12.

I'm happy to have found my way to this video. Thank you for improving my performance Jim :) I'll come back to 39:48 tomorrow & answer by retreaval: " 1) I've learned that the three M's give change it's direction 2) I've learned how to START the memory process effectively: State (information + emotion = long term memories) Teach (this intention improves my understanding of a topic) Active / Attention (learning is an activity, not a passivity) Review / Retrieve / Repeat (increasing intervalls) Time (when do I need/use what I learn here?) 3) I've learned the 3 Stages of Memory: encode, store, retrieve "
