Do you ever just want to say thank you. This is the music of my youth. Back when James and Carly lived on the island. Good people both.

Loved his music 50 years ago and love it now. Pure genius.
  • JAMES TAYLOR leads on "Shower The People" with this group on The Late Show in 2019. He comes back to the Late Show in 2022 with the same song. This time another group supports the music. And what do you know... the same heartfelt magic. This song is sooo needed in these crazy times... as it was many years ago when he first sang it.

A living legend. Not enough of Taylor in the world.

He has such a sweet, gentle demeanor. There's nobody like him and there never will be.
  • Listing to this as I nurse my elderly bed bound mother who is battling advanced vascular dementia. Breaking my heart đź’”

His guitar is like a river straight to the soul <3
  • WOW. And judging by the comments below, I wasn't the ONLY one who cried through this! I'm 70 now, and I've been a huge JT fan for about 50 years....a superb songwriter and singer. {And YES, that was Will Lee on bass, from the "World's Most Dangerous Band!"}.

No one will ever be able to Achieve, Accomplish and Enjoy such Incredible Musical Talents. Add in his Heartwarming “Tales and Stories”, and we can’t ever forget Just how Real and Remarkable He Is Down to Earth with His infectious smile
  • I raised my daughter on the music of James Taylor. Since birth her youngest child has found his music soothing and we share that love in a special bond.

James still looks and sounds great. I pray to the lord that he stays with us for many many more years. Love you James.
  • I’m in tears. I had a rough childhood with my parents but this was the man they would put on when times were good and I just can’t ever thank him enough for easing my soul. ❤️❤️❤️🇮🇪
  • Honestly! Who else at his age can hit those high notes? Health, happiness and living right kept this man honest. Love, love, love you James! You can sing to me any time.
  • I danced with my son to this song at his wedding. The lyrics say it all. One of my favorite JT songs.
