This was definitely in my top 3 to 5 most anticipated of the year. Got to hear this the other night (20buckspin's youtube.) I was loving every second. These guys have really figured out how to bring that crazy Italian, no fucks given attitude. That so many great Italian artists have and are famous for. Yes, "Knife" will be divisive. But as a fan of the underground lesser known New York rappers like Ill Bill, Droog, and Killah Preist. It was cool hearing Lord Goat on here. His verse on "Fender Rhoades Suicide" is a metal head easter egg wet dream. Love the last track on this. So glad to see yall cover this band, as always, major respect. I think Fulci is one of the best. They're in my top 5 of the genre.

Such a killer release same with Oxygen Destroyer and Monument of Misanthropy 4/5 I love the way the album translates to horror and crime

The sequel to Nell Ora Blu is a lot more brutal than I was expecting, not complaining though

I've been anticipating this album and your review of it. I have a lot of trouble ranking Fulci albums. As a fan of Fulci's films and death metal I feel like this band was made for me. The New York Ripper is a wild and sleazy slasher film. It's worth checking out. Love you guys! 🤘

Fantastic review fellas. Definite CC & Bolt Thrower influence. Glad you mentioned the line in Vile Butchery. I watched New York Ripper last night. Its a gory, sleazy detective thriller. F*** With a Broken Bottle made sense. The gurgling it sounds like we've reached the bottom with the straw do nothing for me, but overall killer album. Knife will send some into a spiral, but its alright for what it is. Slainte fellas 🤘🤘

You should check out some of Lord Goat's music. Dude also goes by Goretex and Gore Elohim and was part of the legendary underground hip-hop group Non-Phixion.

Talk about a throwback! I was impressed when I heard one of their singles. Fun, riffy, simple old-school death metal. It might end up on my year-end list. Like I said, this might be just be the year for death metal. :)

One weird Fulci movie and that’s saying a lot. So props to them for taking that bit of cinematic weirdness (genius) as album theme-concept.

Fulci rules….the saxual energy is real lol was like damn they went rivers of nihil on that one. These guys just know how to make killer osdm but they have their own sound and the atmosphere they create and each album is masterfully brutal love when they bust out the pig squeals. Tropical Sun is tough to top tho I regard that as one of the perfect death metal albums of the last ten years but I love this album and love how they maintain a unique sound and create such a vile vibe yet there is a campy feeling much like the movies they portray through music, top notch…Rizk and 20 buck spin dun did it again I see his name on the credits and that labels stamp on it…buckle up or don’t but your face is gonna right through the windshield.

The song title Blade in the Dark jumped out at me because it is the name of a non Fulci Italian film by Lamberto Bava

New York Ripper is on Tubi. Never seen the film but i have watched several Italian Giallos on Tubi and they are usually quality transfers albeit 720p.
