    I've been doing Emi's workout for exactly a year now (started on 3 Jan 2023) and I've lost 20kg so far. So I decided to leave my first comment on the most regular workout I did. Thank you Emi, you are such an inspiration. I wish I could meet you one day and give you a hug. Oh, and I'm planning to lose another 20kg this year, so wish me luck!!!

    Today I got bullied at school for being overweight and I was really heartbroken about that and I was already uncomfortable about my weight for a long time. Now I'll be a better version of myself. It is time to change. I have a pear-shaped body(The thigh and hips areas are bulky). Starting from today Weight rn- 77.1 kg and my goal is to 55kg Height - 5.5 ft I'll be consistent and will check my weight after a week. Day 1 ✅- I gave my blood sweat and tears. Day 2 ✅-Done Day 3 ✅-skipped Day 4 ✅-Done Day 5 ✅- Done Day 6 ✅-Done( My body feels so light and i can already see the difference) Day 7 ✅- Done ( 74 kg rn) Day 8-9✅- Done Day 10-14✅-Done My current weight is 70kg. (Plz motivate me by leaving some comments. I've to show them how good I look. And one thing, those who bullied me were my close friends also my nickname is Pig Punky at school).

  • Hi all! I did this for a month and noticed change in my body... initially I didn't check on my weight but after a week i observed it as 61.5 kg.... I did walking in the morning and exercised in the evening following with more basic healthy food diet which can be affordable in every household... after a month my weight is 58 kg....Also, i skipped only exercise for 4-5 days randomly overall in a month.... i took a break of 3 days now due to a bit laziness.... again need to start from today....my goal is 50 kg... please remind me to help you with my updates if needed any Don't give up guys have patience and sweat out yourself

    I never thought this would be that effective but I just decided to gave a try and literally lost 3 kg in a week! Still doing this exercise, it's my second week now! I have been controlling to avoid eating junk foods too! Don't give up guys I know it's hard but it's all worth it in the end! ❤
