  • Omg i love it im 290 lbs and i love how you alow those 10 sec to get in the next position so i dont feel discouraged because i cant keep up and ofcourse i cant get up the floor as easy. I im so exited to repeat this routine tomorrow im soo happy i was able to finish all 20 min 🥳🥳😁
