    I just discovered this channel a couple days ago and have been loving it. Ive been working out for a couple years now and am starting to get into more weight less reps style training (Im an older lady so had to spend some time getting some basic fitness back lol). I love the production and information in these videos (because being educational doesnt need to be boring). Though I have to say.... the "pain cam" is great, but sometimes it makes for some dodgy looking placements of the right hand (see 12:20 for an example) also maybe an arial view would be nice, especially when dealing with back issues, its hard to see exactly where on the back The Thumbs™ are

    I'll have to keep those deadlift tips in mind. I have noticed my lower back taking more of the beating while it looks like I'm doing everything right. I even thought Lex did it great the first time xD Thankya for the video Lex ^^
  • I really do wish that I had the means to come see Mitch. I am looking to get back in the gym and have a history of injury that I think he'd have a field day with! I'd probably cry worse than Lex! Ah well...if there's ever a lottery win, I won't tell people, but there will be signs! Visiting Mitch will be one of them!
