I was a supervisor for 20 years here in Florida and always looked after my carriers. They were telling us how to beat them for pay, going after every penny. This has been a long time coming. I became a manager to make a difference not sit on a computer and try to beat people for money. When early out came i took it. No one is safe.

There is paperwork going around to decertify the NRLCA and join the Teamsters. Get the word out.

I’m a city carrier and they keep changing the days. Was told to keep scanner on me at all times.

-

Many people do not understand the semantics of RCA and Rural Carrier Career. Really rural carrier career position does not come often. RURAL CARRIER CAREER PAYRATE $24.49.
-
Not exactly. When the subs do nothing on my route when im off that hurts my evaluation. Unless i have the authority to fire the subs this is absurd.
-
The decision of whether or not to decertify the NRLCA is a serious one. Rural carriers should carefully consider the potential consequences of decertification before making a decision.

The problem is a lot of my fellow rural carriers just thought that you only had to do the 6 mandatory scans if they would have read the 100-page Rrecs guide they would have realize there is way more that you have to do in a 52-week assessment the survey was only 6% of what we should have been doing year around unscanned parcels, box holders if you're not putting these in your not getting paid my route went up because I was doing the right thing the route I was awarded with the bid went down 2 hours there were subs on that route because the carrier was a 204b but I'm still going from a 41 to a 45 and in a few weeks and I'll get that 45 backup to a 47 because imma do the right thing
