In April 1985, a child's skull was found in woods off a remote Campbell County road used by trucks hauling logs and coal from a strip mine. At the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, they call the unidentified victim from 1985 “Baby Girl,” because they know so little about her. And they always want to remember this: They’re dealing with a dead child. bit.ly/3oZWybC

I love Dr Bass! He's a hero in understanding what happens to bodies and clues to their death and identity.

  • There is a million reasons why she was there in the woods!! No one will ever know!! The important thing is that she was young and innocent and will be in heaven !!

Never understood how people could kill kids and move on with they lives like nothing happen
  • I hope and pray this poor girl gets her name back and they find out who is responsible. She is somebody's daughter and possibly sister and cousin. Someone somewhere knows who she is. It's high time they come forward. I've kept up with her story for awhile now. She deserves her name back and a decent final resting place. Fly high with the angels Baby Girl!! So many love you and want justice for you. God will see that you get your name back one day. Thank you so much for sharing this Manda B. This case has really touched my heart.....I can't believe no one has ever come forward in all this time to claim relationship to her. If they ever find out who she is and what happened to her, please do a follow up and tell her her story. She deserves to be remembered.🙏❤️😇😪

This situation is really sad Rest In Paradise Babygirl 😇
  • Since this was made, she has been identified. She is Tracy Sue Walker. What's interesting is she had red hair and a seriel killer by the name of Jerry Johns was active in that era. It makes me wonder if he is the one who murdered this young lady.

Serial killers travel lots of miles to get rid of their victims...she could have been murdered thousands or hundreds of miles away 😢
