This might be controversial, but Amy made the show soooo much better. Penny=gem of a costar. Bernadette=quirky, hilarious addition. But Amy effing Farrah Fowler=comedy gold.

The tiara moment is perfectly acted. It's a perfect representation of all forms of adult decorum completely disappearing in favour of pure childish glee.

All three of the women were valuable to the men who won them. Penny helped Leonard love both himself and others. Bernie helped Howard break out of his misogyny. Amy made Sheldon a human being.

I think the best part of Sheldon and amys relationship is that look on raj and Howard's faces right before the "good God what have we done?". But they never get the credit for it. They're the reason that shamy happened, that Sheldon has a kid named Leonard (though not with Spock's dna), and the reason that Sheldon grew up(face it, without Amy it wouldn't have happened). Raj and Howard deserve some recognition.

Amy is my favourite character, especially towards the end of the show. Her character arc and development is so well done and her effect on other characters like sheldon and penny not only changed the shows dynamics but changed the course of the show for the better.

It's crazy to think that Sheldon probably never realized wolowitz is a HUGE reason why he won the Nobel prize and the reason he broke out of his shell. He is the one that set up Sheldon and Amy. If he hadn't he might of never accomplished all those things 🤯
