Peroxide works just as great, I let the peroxide sit on the stain for about 5 minuets and then use the steam function on my iron to heat it up and remove it

I tried this and it removed the stains but I think I need my carpets cleaned because it looks whiter than the rest of my carpet. Will this fade?

Gonna go get some items to try this . I have the same color carpet with a month or two old pet stains. I have tried a steamer, and all kinds of tricks but the color is still there. Drives me crazy because it's noticeable. I do hope this works.

I have 2 cats and they have sensitive stomachs in the summer. Living in California in an apartment, we only have an a/c wall unit in the bedroom and it doesn't cool off the whole apartment. They are very loving and not typical cats so they want to be wherever we are. My girl cat prefers me and my boy prefers my husband so he will suffer through the heat to sit with my husband in the living room. He will also sit in the living room for an hour after he leaves for work and an hour before he comes home, like a dog. Since they both have sensitive stomachs and we don't like to run the a/c all the time, they will throw up when they are hot and have just eaten. No matter how quickly we get to it or if we leave it to harden and then clean it, it always leaves behind a stain. So we have stains all over our tan carpet and have not found a solution to clean it. Do you think this solution will work since it is stomach acid and food and not urine?
