You have been asking for a review of lunch meat and deli meat, so I headed back to the grocery store to do a deep dive. Even though lunch meats are processed, you can still find some really high quality ones, it's all about reading the ingredients, as usual. Try to buy organic turkey, ham, or chicken, and look for minimal ingredients on the back without any nasty preservatives. Applegate is the winner in the lunch aisle, but you can also buy some pretty good lunch meat from oscar mayer naturals, ALDI, and Trader Joe's. The average deli meats are loaded with lots of preservatives you don't want to put in your body, lots of salt, brine, and fillers. Buy the best quality lunch meat you can find, it's worth putting good ingredients in your body! Mad love Bobby...Dessi...and Art! XOXO

Please do a video on multivitamins, probiotic, fish oil, etc!!!!!!!!
  • I just want to say how grateful I am for what you do for all of us. You’ve educated us on turning our lives around and avoiding sickness in a long term. Its because of you I’ve not only lost weight but improved everything in my life from being more focused at my Job to having more energy throughout the day to accomplishing more. I’ve tried to watch all of your videos and I’m addicted to it because its just full of usefulness that no one can dis agree with. I hope the world opens its eyes to these things and that more people are aware of it so that we can all live a better life. Thank you Bobby 🤗.

Bobby, testimonial here. You are definitely making a difference in people's lives. A couple months ago, I stumbled across your YouTube offerings. Since then, I've changed a lot of things in my diet and shopping. Needless to say, eating healthy isn't cheap but neither is a bypass...I've suffered from Gerd for approximately 30 years. All my doctor has done is prescribe ppi's. Since taking your advice, I've reduced my ppi usage. I go for my annual physical next week and hope to come off my statin. My BP is stable and my energy has increased. I take your app out whenever I'm at the store. Keep up the great work and thank you sir.

We need more Bobby and Art in the world! You guys helping so many people!! God bless because you’re helping me and so many others!!!
  • On a severely strict budget, trying to get back on our feet here. Been shopping at Aldi's so thank you for showing that they have something healthy for us for now. Love that you're helping the customers eat healthy too! 💜

I love that Bobby is pointing out the good lunch meats to customers. I wish I had someone pointing out the healthier options to me while shopping. Sometimes I have to grocery shop after my hemodialysis treatment and after treatments I get brain fog really bad so I have trouble making decisions or choices of such simple things that I normally don’t have to think twice about. Like the foods I buy. Add to that I have to consider the amount of cooking I have to do to even feed myself. Kidney failure is exhausting and most days I don’t even have the strength to make toast, let alone bake my own bread first… which I used to do. I miss my whole food cooking when I knew exactly what ingredients I was eating, now it’s just a long, drawn out game of russian roulette. Listen to Bobby, take his advice and do as much as you can to protect & preserve your health.

I buy grass-fed organic chuck roast - around 2 pounds - and slow cook it in my crock pot with garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and a can of French onion soup. Makes a week’s worth of lunch meat and tastes wonderful.
  • Thanks for all the heads up on all those terrible ingredients in processed lunch meats! I had no idea. No wonder everybody had gut issues.
  • @lynnelliott9038
I LOVE when Bobby entices/helps customers on the spot! It's actually a type of ministry in action and it makes me have some renewed faith in the hope of humanity. Keep it up Bobby, you're saving our lives, one shopping trip at a time!
  • @JimBobe
I wish we got prices like this back 😢. Insane how applegate went from $4.50 a package to now $8.50
  • You commented about someone cutting out carrageenan, I too had the same issue with my gut. My doctors could not figure what was causing my gut problems and after several tests and several doctors I decided to try and research it myself. When I saw your videos, I decided to take a lot of notes and cut out some of those products in my diet. Major game changer for me. It was an unbelievable difference, I've never felt better. So thank you so much for your knowledge.
  • @NoFeArChiC2
I love that Bobby is willing to share his knowledge with those around him. He's such a cool dude! Also, gotta love Art! They are such a good team. Thanks for sharing this info, it was much needed!!
  • A video about seafood/fish, wild caught vs. farm raised. Which is the best fish to get from which countries. Also a video on frozen veggies/fruits. I try to always buy fresh produce but sometimes theyre convenient to have for quick dinners, etc. Which ones are good and which produce is best to avoid. One more video idea: Hurricane or emergency pantry essentials. I live in Orlando, FL and may need to stock up on the canned goods soon. I dont want to be stuck eating spam or tuna! Lol

Costco’s oven roasted turkey breast (big chunk wrapped in plastic with different weights) is very good and clean. I slice it up thin, and put a daily dose of slices in zip lock bags in the freezer. I pull one out in the evening put it in the fridge and it’s defrosted by morning. Great with mashed potatoes.
  • It’s the cost though - thrice the price / when you have a family of 5..this get really expensive
  • @amandatkids854
You’re So kind to help out those shoppers! I’d be so excited to see you two in a grocery! What fun you are. This was yet another great eye opener, thank you!
  • Thanks Bobby for continuing to educate us, Applegate it is then! 🙌
  • @TheKelleyBunch
I discovered your videos a few days ago and have been watching them since. I am so glad you covered lunch meat in a video. I have been allergic to nitrates and preservatives since I was 7 years old and would have migraines as a result. So, fast forward 40 years later and we love Applegate and I am so happy to learn so much more from you. Thank you!
  • I’m obsessed with these videos! I too always read labels and ingredients; but I don’t always know what the ingredients mean!! Why do I feel like a grocery nerd?? It’s literally what we put in our bodies. So important. Thanks flavcity!
