Omg I love salad but this is beyond delicious, I'm a diabetic and need to eat vegetables,but this is my new favorite my son is 28 and loves vegetables, when he was a baby I would feed him veggies 1st and then whatever meat ,lol he still eats like that 🤣

Never had (or knew you could) eat chayote cooked (hot) - I have had it in salads for years cold - this is something I will have to try❣️🥰
