Between Umbrella Corps, REsistance, and now RE:Verse. It truly baffles me that Capcom see's them as commercially viable...
So here's me complaining about REverse for 10(ish) minutes.

ngl resistance was the best and it only died because everyone wants to win and both sides were willing to throw away morals and keep coming out with busted builds and playing like gremlins honestly reverse seems like pvp with decently skilled people

It makes you wonder if the devs are actually having fun playing their games. If they don't, why even bother? Or better yet, make them feel fun first and don't think of monetization.

Go back to the Outbreak formula. Give me scenarios where a coop of friends can go through resident stories with friends

I didn't think games such as RE:Verse and ORC were that bad, but what we need is co-op, not an all out shootout with other players. RE6 tried too hard to be Army Of Two and ORC tried too hard to be Call Of Duty. Just make regular RE from now on FFS.

Honestly if they just made another Outbreak game or a multiplayer Mercenaries game I'd be down.

I enjoy the spin off's. Its not for everyone, but a few really like them and im happy we get both solid mainline games and silly spin off's.

I know people are gonna disagree but speaking as an OG RE Fan, I'm gonna go ahead and say that only ORC made sense for a versus type of RE multiplayer game. Game had it's problems allright but at least overall package made sense and was actually fun to play.

Maybe they are trying to test the re engine with the online feature before remaking outbreak or implementing mercenaries with online feature

I probably spent longer doing all the bullshit it requires you to play the game than actually playing it 😂 I have no idea why they wasted time on this, at least the rose DLC they released for village was good.

The ideas are good but horrible execution I think an online blackjack game like from re7 would be good online

I think they makingthose games because they will make the re5 and re6 co-op so they trying to look the internet connect is good or something and they trying to look that players will like the coop gameplay like in those games so they will change the gameplay in coop in new games
