I hate when the narcissist acts innocent and apologetic as if they didn't know what they were doing and deny say it, this gaslighting! I stay away from these people! Especially my Ex-husband💎💎💎

Self forgiveness gives you your power back , and can't no one make you feel bad about your mistakes or insecurities.

I had a boyfriend that would drop little evil nuggets, whenever. Those evil nuggets were the catalyst of breaking up for good. It took some time to put it altogether in my mind. Now any new relationships that drop just one, I’m out of there.

Get rid of all photos, block on phone, any friends you shared in common, block on media. Rumination begins with "what if I did it better". Nothing you can do to make a Narcicisst feel better.

This is why it’s very important you don’t allow people to know everything about you!!

They do their homework on you for the purpose of identifying your triggers. Seems so innocent in the beginning though. Most of us use that time to identify commonalities and looked forward to learning new things. But not my ex narc…oh no!! He did the homework on me for the purpose of weaponry. He was constantly twisting my words around where everything that came out of his mouth was left field. At one point I had questions about his cognition. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. So grateful for God’s deliverance from the madness. 🙌🏾

I experienced reactive abuse in a relationship I ended about a month ago. I could no longer control my emotions and reactions to his manipulation and deflection, therefore would start yelling at him while trying to explained, that I did not do anything wrong. Thereafter I would feel shamed and disappointment in myself. The interaction took me completely out of character and was very draining. I am free now and in therapy trying to heal. It’s hard because after growing up with trauma, you want to “help” people which in turn heals your trauma…it’s just always the wrong people. The same person in different bodies over and over til lessons are learned.
