‘People reject things every day because they can’t afford them’ This sentence has freed me from pain
  • @MagickMulatta
Being rejected was the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm reprogramming myself rejection is a good thing that propelled to a better future.
  • @janesmith8676
For the most part I was rejected by things deep down I didn't want.
  • Every “no” leads to an eventual “yes”. I appreciate you, Teal.

I was rejected and gaslighted since I was a little. I live in constant fear and confusion for the next years from that. I just realized that there is something not right within me when I was 18 years old, and it took about 12 years later for me to feel better of myself even though there's some pain still. What I want to say is please don't get discouraged if it took you a bit long time. Just keep going and you will find your answer.

REjection is the best thing that can ever in someone'S life! How many time have you been declined or rejected by something only to go for something else and thinking in the end, if the 1st one wouldn't have worked out, I would've never found the new one... How many times!! Be honest people!!
  • Yes , rejection stings at first but after feeling it , working through it & realizing it is for your own benefit & you are being redirected into a better place in your life and ultimately you will gain strength and wisdom from it .. Sending good energy & health to all ❤️🙏

I feel amazing after she talks, even knowing that I was wrong 😝 😝
  • Well said. It almost always has everything to do with their issues. Really, the people who reject all the time are really rejecting aspects of themselves!

Being rejected by a dysfunctional parent, a toxic partner, or jealous associate....stings superficially, but is absolutely necessary in the grand scheme of things. Great video.

I’m in the middle of the job search, this comes with a lot of rejection, hits my self esteem big time. Thank you for this video and a different perspective
  • 1. Rejection is not validation 2. Face your emotions about it 3. Self acceptance self love self compassion 4. Who needs me ? What do i need about me ? 5. You are stuck in resistance to futility 6. Feel into see into the person that rejected you. Get to know them, without judgement. You may decide to change based on their judgement or you may decide to commit to yourself further. Be brave enough to ask why 8. Out of rejection can come your strongest sense of direction (a thing people that dont face rejection know, but people who do ont know) 9. Don’t confirm the rejection by isolating yourself. Seek relationships that are soothing 10. Deliberately seek belonging relationships (Follow up question… how to match the vibration of belonging) 11. What determines if pain becomes suffering is the actions you choose Are you goin to suffer? Or will you take this opportunity to learn about yourself or find soemthing better ?
  • The worse advice I ever got was "The best way to get over someone, is get under someone else" 🤦
  • @ndumi-light
"Out of rejection comes a strong sense of direction." - I felt that. Thank you Teal. 💖

I literally asked the Universe an hour ago to give me wisdom in navigating through my rejection. Thank you Teal <3

Never had one sec felt being valued in my family and childhood still healing from this..
  • @KitKat-ez6js
Rejections are normal....they are a part of life.
  • This reminds me of the Star Wars series The Mandalorian. "The Child" is constantly rejected yet he is my favorite character. The universe always directs "The Child" straight towards something better. 19:34

I love this idea as rejection as a compass. I never thought of it that way. I’m starting to look at things in my life I have felt rejected over through this perspective and it’s kind of inspiring. I’m glad Teal followed her authenticity and became who she is today. It’s her telling the honest truth when it seemed like no one else was that drew me to her.
