I find it weird that people have to pay more for less processed and less ingredients
  • @shadre3094
I wish the items you talked about were listed in the description. That would be super helpful.
  • I love when two random YTers I follow do a collab. Especially when it's about health, fitness and or finance. This hit all three.
  • The only problem with healthier foods is that they are astronomically more expensive than unhealthy options. It's hard on a family of 4 with one income. It's so sad and frustrating :(

Thanks to your videos, I’ve gained a significantly more informed perspective on interpreting ingredient lists when I grocery shop! I really appreciate the great content.

I have enjoyed these videos immensely. Very informative, I just started keto approximately two weeks ago, and I am learning so much. I can tell I have lost weight already, and the pain in my feet from chemo is slowly starting to diminish. I appreciate your time and your knowledge which takes the guesswork out, Especially for someone like me just starting out🙏🏻

RE: citric acid added to jarred tomato products. It is added to ensure proper acidity for the canning process; today's tomatoes do not have as much acid as previous varieties. Food science supports this. I am a home canner, this IS a vital ingredient.
