Your longevity on youtube is remarkable. This video feels like another pivot to flow with the changing tides of youtube going more raw and authentic

These kinda videos are more realistic, I like it Lucas! Looking forward to your progress as well as your cut-down after the bulk!

You should try doing windshield wipers for an ab workout. It's crazy hard at first.
  • I think its a great idea for you to have at least 1 video per week as a vlog uncut to keep your work down for ur winter bulk and then still continue ur saturday video which btw is the best day to upload. Love it and good work. Annd as always stay focused. Maybe the Dorian Yates training cuz i think we'd love to see that.

I’ve watched you so long and I have never made any recommendations I would love to see you do peptides for a month or two specifically bpc 157 and tb 500 stacked with maybe a few others and just go absolutely hard in the gym

I find whole milk too sweet to bulk on. There's a milk called Silk Protein (pea and cashew, no soy) that's 140 cal per cup that has more protein and minimal sugar that I prefer. Tastes good too.

Do a biphasic sleep experiment. You would go to sleep when the sun goes down, trying to keep artificial light at night as low as possible. The low amount of night should make you naturally tired. Then, you wake up in the middle of the night, preferably four hours after going to sleep. You stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep until the sun rises or there is light in the sky. It works best if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night instead of having an alarm to wake you.

Here are some video suggestions for you: only plyometrics workouts exercises in cold environment vs hot environment intensily stretch after a workout (Ive heard it could boost muscle growth) contract and extend your muscles quickly. Its like plyometrics + flexing ( example: quickly extend and contract your arm, so your biceps and triceps)

I have been getting back into fitness this past year, 48-year old boomer here, and shame on you YT for the algorithm not recommending this channel sooner 😭
