Ive been sober 19 months and since the day I decided I was done I have not stopped focusing on changing “fixing” myself and cleaning up all the mess I had made while drinking a bottle of whisky everyday for years. Ive been consciously reprogramming my subconscious. It takes work, a lot of work.

I’m nine months clean from heroin. I started using in 2017 while I was a junior in college. I’ve been engaging in various practices over the course of these nine months. I got my job back as well. These practices include: - waking up early and making my sleeping/resting place tidy - I meditate for about an hour per day - I take my sketchbook with me and I’m getting back into my love for painting and art - I have my puppy now, and he’s my best friend. He comes to work with me and goes wherever I go. - I go hiking a lot - as the brain loves novelty, I’m trying to learn something new everyday - I intermittently fast - cold baths in the morning, epsom salt warm bath for evening relaxation after long work day - I walk everywhere and I take he train. I meditate whenever I sit, or I read - Good books - I’m trying to drink plenty of water and get my micros - substantial sleep! I’m could go on. I’ll just say that I feel lucky and grateful. -
  • To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.
  • As a piano teacher, I strongly encourage anyone in any times of their life to take piano lessons. Your mind will never be the same. You will slow down the aging process of the mind and functions of the brain

So much wisdom and advice. At 76 I'm taking serious steps toward trying to change my outlook on life. I have been dealing with so many disappointments, trauma, and chaos all my life. I hate growing older because I did not achieve what I wanted. I had excellent health for 60years and suddenly everything changed. I realized that in order to complete my life healthy, peaceful, and reasonably happy I have to erase the horrible tapes embedded in my brain.

Leaving a toxic relationship is the best health tip I can give. It’s better to be alone than with another human bent on destroying you.

2 years alcohol free. despite countless relapses, rock bottoms, embarrassing moments, and dangerous situations, i didn't change until my image of myself changed.

"you could be addicted to guilt, not the sugar." dispensza is unmatched.

Steven, as a follower of Dr Dispenza's work (I have seen at least 50-70 interviews with him) I have to say that this interview has been the best I have seen with him. You managed to draw out a part of Joe Dispenza that I haven't seen it before in all those interviews. You manage to draw out answers that he had not shared before and show another side of himself. That is because you are such a natural genius interviewing your guests. I'm more than thankful for that. Good luck with your magnificent changes (it looked like you have some issues you wanted to change... go for it tiger!!)
  • When he say addicted to the guilt not the sugar I almost lost it !!! Mind blowing informations !!
  • Dr. Joe's intentions for the day: "I want to be relaxed and awake. I want to be present with everything I do. I want to stay in my heart the entire day. I want to be inspired by the idea of helping people change."
  • @breatheandsoar
I love Joe Dispenza. I have been a faithful student of his for 10 years plus. I went to a progressive day seminar in 2018. Read all his book over and over, did his online progressive. I changed my mind from the depressed suicidal person in my 40s. Now I’m closer to 60 and truly like ME with all that I AM. This man's knowledge and research has transformed my life. I practice new habits, learn new information and create a new me consistently. I honestly love my life. fr

After about six or so years of being a heroin addict, I never figured there was anything more out there for me. This year is my 8th year of sobriety, and I learn something that is helpful almost daily still, I continue to put in work and strive to continue to grow, and learn about myself. Changing my thinking was one of the hardest parts, even after being sober, there were still so many other aspects of my brain that needed reprogramming, it always seemed unattainable , but it is possible, with a clear intention and effort. I am so blessed to have a shot at life and I don’t want to waste it.
  • "it maybe you are addicted to the guilt and not the sugar" ..... right there, i saw how i have set up my whole life ... addiction to pain and suffering ... i could weep for joy. what a profound realisation. so grateful thank you ❤🙏

  • Blcktken300 is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Are we the adopters or are we scavengers? surely one of these layer ones will become the standard and i dont want to sell any of them too early.

You should do a new video about Blcktken300 ! I really like you’re mellow delivery and you seem like you’re very knowledgeable. I watch lots of influencers and you always seem very calculated and know exactly what you’re talking about and understand it. You’re better at explaining complicated things simply, than any other person on youtube keep it up brother!
