How are the powerful, anti-aging NAD THERAPIES actually being used in medicine?

Published 2023-06-10
Today I am walking you through the very popularized topic of NAD and its associated NAD-boosting therapies. My goal is for you to have a better understanding of what NAD is, why its decline is related to diseases of aging, and how it can actually be used as a therapy.

  • Informative presentation. Nad is produces and confined only in the Cytoplasm and the Mitochondria.. What's the lifespan of the synthetic NAD out of the Cytoplasm? What is the size of the synthetic NAD to that of nature's NAD and where are the NAD receptors?

Thank you for the information. When you treat your patients with 100-500mg iv. Is that weekly/monthly and that patient dependent? Look forward to watching the rest of your videos. Thanks again.

Hello and thank you Dr for the in-depth review it was very informative, to say the least. I'm interested in the parkinsonian correlation and was wondering if you had any suggestions for a recommended mail order version of NAD?

Would be great understand the difference on blood NAD levels between NMN and exercise. For example, does NMN work better than exercise when it comes to NAD+ increase? Maybe add the study papers in the video next time, that would make it more trustworthy. Thanks for the great content :)

NMN .....WOW this has been a game changer for me my joints are now tighter no more sore feet , better prostrate. I have only been on this 3 months. My age 59 I don't know if this would work on a 30 year old I should have gotten my NAD levels checked prior to taking this.

So when it comes to pills, how much should I take a day? 68 years old lift heavy five times a week and am very active.

As I started Keto and 16/8 IF a few years ago I took 500mg of NMN in the morning and evening. It did seem to boost my energy levels, but it was quite expensive. I transitioned to 500mg of NR morning and evening after a few months of this, but by then I had lost 40 lbs. I was never sure what of these things, weight loss or supplementation was more effective. I am 57 now and have a BMI of 22, I don't supplement for NAD synthesis currently, and I have tremendous energy compared to when I was 52 with a 29 BMI.
