Every Blender Open Movie beautifully demonstrates how capable Blender is, and this is no exception. I especially loved the behind-the-scenes look during the credits.

Blender did it again!

And I’m still lost on the donut tutorial

I don't know why but now I want a full-on animated series with these two.

That blend of 3D with 2D style is as smooth as butter. This one was exceptional. Probably my favourite since spring.
-
I can't tell where 2d ends and 3d starts, really well done. I like that Blender bounces between serious and comical movies.

Noone's gonna talk about the sound design now? That was a giant leap!!!

This is a great example how you can combine Grease Pencil with 3D 🥰 Great job guys!

just when I was thinking my videos are finally looking decent I come across this masterpiece.... 🤣

Blender always breaks paradigms and makes it clear that it allows you to "step out of the box" whenever you want. Congratulations to those involved!
-
That was fantastic. I'm showing this to my advanced animation class today.
-
I love how Blender keeps pushing the 2D/3D hybrid style of animation. For people who prefer one over the other, I feel like the mix of the two is the best approach. I hope gaming could implement more of this 2D/3D style.

Watching this at 6am was like taking a time machine to my childhood before-school cartoon binges. Such good vibes, and presented perfectly. Thanks for reminding me why I became an animator in the first place.

2:39 This makes me laugh everytime.
-
I've always enjoyed watching all of the videos made with Blender ever since Elephant Dreams.
-
2:03 tell me I’m not the only one who thought of the Pixar short for Ratatouille when he flipped all those switches!

I like the character dynamic between them, and I liked the part where the cat gives a nod of appreciation to the dog for doing something good for once.
